He has performed dozens of diverse roles from Shakespeare's "Othello" (Gamut Theatre Group's HSF) to "Booster" in August Wilson's "Jitney" (Open Stage Harrisburg) to "Booth" in Suzan-Lori Parks' "Topdog Underdog" (Narçisse Theatre Company). He wrote and directed "Hear The Voice, Be The Verse" (Gamut Theatre Group's SDS) has directed Narçisse Theatre Company's production of "Waiting For Godot" by Samuel Beckett, "No Exit" by Jean-Paul Sartre,  "The Itch of Gloria Fitch" by Paul Hood, and Sankofa African-American Theatre Company/Gamut Theatre Group's production of "Voices of FEW", and Gamut Theatre Group’s “An Enemy Of The People” by Henrik Ibsen.

In 2016, with the help of his talented colleagues, Frank founded Narçisse Theatre Company. It is NTÇ’s mission to bring challenging, thought-provoking, affordable theatre to the People of Harrisburg, to bridge the racial, ethnic and social chasm that divides the Harrisburg theatre and Arts communities.
